We offer you some of the best rooms in Edinburgh, all within our exclusive detached house and ideally located near to Arthur's Seat and within walking distance of all major city centre attractions. Ard-na-Said is one of few Guest Houses able to offer free off street parking.

Take time to peruse our site. We have extensive details of each room, all of which are large and bright. They have been remodelled for 2008 with new en-suites and decor sympathetic to the era of the house.

Our breakfast menu is extensive and offers you fresh produce, which is well presented, setting you up for another day of discovery on our fascinating and historic city.

Our home is a detached Victorian villa built in 1875 and boasts its own gardens which surround the house. Off street parking is at the side. Guest rooms are available on ground and first floors and have en-suite facilities and digital tvs. A wifi network is also available.
