For the safety of our guests and staff, we have adapted our service in line with government Covid-19 guidelines. We will be using the recommended EN14476 disinfectant for all sanitisation.
Key Collection: Sanitised keys will be placed in a sanitised lock box at the front door which can be collected from 15:00 unless other arrangements have been made. An email with the code and details on how to find the room will be sent in advance.
Hand Sanitiser: There is an automatic hand sanitiser inside the front door which should be used before entering the main building.
Face Coverings: Face coverings should be worn in communal areas of the building.
Cleaning: We will be doing extra cleaning more frequently, especially door handles and handrails.
Bedroom Furnishings: We have removed all unnecessary items from the rooms, so we apologise in advance if the room feels a bit bare.
Breakfast: To keep in line with social distancing, breakfast tables are now in the bedrooms. Pre-ordered food, from a reduced menu, will be delivered to bedrooms at a pre-arranged time. Breakfast will be served in disposable biodegradable packaging.
Servicing Rooms: We will be unable to enter the room for the duration of stays so we will try to make sure everything needed is there in advance. Guests can leave rubbish in a bin outside the bedroom door. The rubbish will be removed daily.
Payment: Payment will be taken on arrival day from the card provided when booking. Guests can inform us if they wish to use a different payment method.
